The Studio Tony Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who introduce new clients to our studio. We offer a 10% commission on the total in-house project value for every successful referral, allowing our network to share in our success while contributing to the growth of Studio Tony.       1.   Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Referrers will receive 10% of the total in-house project value for each successful referral.
  
• Exclusions: Work outsourced to third-party vendors (e.g., photography, video production, etc.) is not eligible for commission.
• Calculation: The commission is calculated based on the final in-house agreed-upon amount for the project.
  
• Payment Timing: Commission payments are issued once the referred project is completed, and the client has paid the full project fee.
  

      2.   Eligibility

• Who Can Refer: The program is open to everyone, including clients, partners, and individuals in our extended network.
• Referrer Status: There are no restrictions on who can participate; anyone who brings a qualifying referral is eligible to earn commission.

       3.   Referral Submission Process

• Referral Form: Referrals should be submitted through our official referral form available on our website or by directly introducing the potential client to a Studio Tony team member.
• Verification: Once the referral is submitted, our team will review the introduction. After entering into a contract with the referred client, the referrer will become eligible for commission.

      4.   Payment Terms

• Completion-Based Payment: The referrer will receive the 10% commission only after the project is fully completed and paid for by the client.
• Payment Method: Commission payments are made via bank transfer.
• Processing Time: Payments are processed within 15 days following project completion and final payment from the client.

• Honest Representation: Referrers are expected to provide honest and accurate information about Studio Tony’s services. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification from the program.
  
• No Self-Referrals: Referrers may not submit their own projects for commission. The program is designed for new client introductions only.

      2.   Confidentiality
