We begin with a discovery call to understand your needs, expectations, and our process, followed by a custom proposal. Once onboarded, you'll receive a Scope of Work, Contract, Payment Portal (via HoneyBook), and an intake questionnaire, along with a request to create a Pinterest vision board.
From there, you'll gain access to your Client Dashboard, where you can track your project timeline and complete key tasks, such as submitting website copy and brand photos.
Onboarding
We begin with a 30-minute Kickoff + Vision Call to align on your timeline, project details, and Pinterest board vision. Next, we develop your Brand Strategy, defining your positioning, messaging, and visual identity direction—with one round of refinements included.
Strategy
We’ll craft your logo suite, refine your color palette, and curate your typography, delivering a brand presentation PDF with two rounds of refinements. Once approved, you’ll receive a Dropbox folder with all brand files, a style guide, and a walkthrough video.
To expand your brand, we’ll create social media templates, mockups, or additional assets, with any extra collateral delivered before or during the website design process. Please note that brand photography and website copywriting must be completed before website design begins.
Design
We start with a homepage mock-up to establish the website’s look and feel, followed by a full-site mock-up with one round of refinements at each stage. Once approved, we’ll develop your site in Shopify, Wix Studio, or Showit, tailoring it to your business needs with branded styling, light animations, and basic SEO for enhanced visibility. Finally, we’ll provide a personalized walkthrough, connect your domain, and launch your site seamlessly.
